This policy explains what personal information eBusiness Services LLC (doing business as Elite Business), 210 Brand Lane, STE C, Stafford, TX 77477, USA ("we", "us") collects through this website and in the course of providing services, how we use it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you use the contact form, request a quote, email us, or sign a service agreement, we collect your name, company, email address, phone number, marketplaces you sell in, approximate revenue range, and the content of your message.
Information collected automatically. Our website and hosting provider log IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring page, and timestamps. We use [Google Analytics 4 / Cloudflare Web Analytics — specify which] to understand site traffic. hCaptcha protects our forms from automated submissions and processes IP address and browser data to do so.
Information from clients. During an engagement we hold business contact details for client staff and the information needed to deliver the service.
2. How we use information

- To deliver services under a signed agreement, including invoicing
- To send service reports and account alerts to clients
- To operate, secure and improve this website
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms
We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising to third parties.
3. Who we share it with

- Cloudflare (web traffic filtering and security)

4. Retention
Enquiry data: 24 months from last contact. Client contract and invoicing records: 7 years as required for tax purposes. Website logs: 90 days. Amazon seller and customer data handled on behalf of clients: see the Data Security page (PII deleted no later than 30 days after order delivery).
5. Security
Data is stored in systems protected by role-based access control, multi-factor authentication and encryption in transit and at rest. Our staff receive annual data protection training.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Residents of the European Economic Area and United Kingdom have these rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR; our legal bases for processing are contract, legitimate interests (operating the business and website) and consent (marketing, where applicable). Residents of Texas have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act; residents of California have rights under the CCPA/CPRA. To exercise any right, email privacy@elitebusinessllc.org. We respond within 30 days.
7. Cookies
This site uses strictly necessary cookies (session, security, hCaptcha) and, with your consent where required, analytics cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser; the site will still work but forms protected by hCaptcha may not submit.
8. Children
This website is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
9. International transfers
We are located in the United States. If you contact us from outside the US, your information is transferred to and processed in the US under this policy.
10. Changes
We will post changes on this page with a new effective date.
